ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 3860

The Rotaract Club of Tacloban is part of Rotary International District 3860, which covers clubs across Eastern Visayas and parts of Northern Mindanao.

District 3860 serves as a network of Rotary and Rotaract clubs working together to strengthen communities, promote peace, improve health, support education, protect the environment, and create opportunities for future generations.
